The scope of this product / service is ad hoc support required for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Workplace by FaceBook or Microsoft Azure Active Directory.  The support consists of

  1. Technical Issue that requires a resolution.
  2. Minor Configuration Change like mailbox creation, issue with mail flow or identity management
  3. Troubleshooting an issue and provide a resolution.

The pricing is valid for one calendar month and we will provide monthly hour consumption and status reports on weekly basis.  Once you have purchased the product, please email us at for resolution of your support issue.
