- Technical Issue that requires a resolution.
- Minor Configuration Change like mailbox creation, issue with mail flow or identity management
- Troubleshooting an issue and provide a resolution.
The pricing is valid for one calendar month and we will provide monthly hour consumption and status reports on weekly basis. Once you have purchased the product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for resolution of your support issue.
